RECIPE PREPARATION Sausages with puff pastry cheese:
Allow the dough to thaw at room temperature, unfold the foil and spread the dough. Each sheet is divided into 6. On each side put a slice of cheese and a sausage and roll as desired. Grow with a knife.
Beat an egg with which you grease each part of the dough, then sprinkle Parmesan on top.
Place in a pan and bake for 20-30 minutes, until nicely browned.
