Good morning, Ioana, this wonderful recipe has just received the highest grade
Marius keeps confusing me that he only wants to eat vegetables (without meat), this food was only good, it's easy to make and it turned out very, very tasty, thank you very much for the recipe. have a nice day

Re: Low pods with potatoes and tomatoes

good morning! I understand him, and I have periods like this, without meat. I recommend eggplants stuffed with vegetables next time, they are light

Pishkot, yesterday I tried, for the first time, to make beef soup in a pressure cooker and I was not satisfied with how clear it turned out. they remain on the classic version.

Re: Low pods with potatoes and tomatoes

Okay, I understand, so now, in order for it to cool down a bit, I'll make beef soup too (I allow myself to make some heat in the house: d) I'm really craving some Swedish meatballs
Thanks a lot for the suggestion of stuffed eggplants, I was really thinking what to do to feed them for months when I won't be home. If you say they are good and reheated, then it's perfect. Thank you again
And one more thing I wanted to ask you .. Did you buy a bigger pot from ikea? my bottom cracked in a large stainless steel pot (I think it was about 5-6 liters). I have to buy another one, but I would like it to be good, even if I spend more on it, at least it's worth it.

Re: Low pods with potatoes and tomatoes

I don't have Ikea pots, I didn't find anything to like. they seemed weak to me.
I have a beautiful one from Berghoff (I was sorry they didn't have a set), black with a blue-gray ceramic interior. it behaves very well, but it also looks like millions. now I don't see it on their website, I took it on offer when the stock was liquidated. they probably sold them all. it looks like this: [link]
