RECIPE PREPARATION Cakes with strawberry jam and coconut-by Miuta:

I made the dough in the bread machine. I put in the bread machine the milk, the vanilla essence, the egg, the sugar, the vanilla sugar, the salt, the soft butter, the flour and finally the yeast. When the dough is ready, take it out of the machine and place it in a bowl, leaving it to rise for about 40 minutes, then divide the dough into 12 pieces (that's how many came out for me). Each piece is spread with a rolling pin on a surface sprinkled with flour. It stretches oval and half should be notched longitudinally. Fill with jam, sprinkle with coconut and then roll lightly, making sure that the filling does not run. Place in a tray lined with baking paper and leave to rise for another 30 minutes. Grease with egg, powder with coconut and bake on low heat for about 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool and then powder with powdered sugar. They are delicious and can be served for breakfast with a cup of milk.

In a bowl, combine the sugar, water, oil, vanilla sugar and flour, and with the help of a mixer mix these ingredients until you get a homogeneous composition. Divide the composition into two equal parts. Mix the first part of the composition with coconut, and the second with cocoa and strawberry jam. Grease a tray with oil, line it with flour and pour the two types of compositions, taking care to combine them harmoniously. Bake the cake for 40 minutes, checking if it is baked inside, before taking it out of the oven.

INGREDIENT:
1.4 kg strawberries (that's how much I had)
1 kg of sugar

PREPARATION:
SYRUP
Choose fresh and ripe strawberries, wash in several cold waters, clean the tails and then drain in a strainer or gauze. After they have drained, if they are too big, cut the strawberries in half. They are then boiled (without sugar) in a bowl (in which the jam will be made). After 10 minutes, strain the juice from them through gauze (not all of it is needed for jam), about 500 ml of liquid, and put it in another pot to boil with 500 gr of sugar. Stir constantly until the sugar melts. After it starts to boil, boil for about 15-20 minutes. During cooking, remove the formed foam. Meanwhile, the well-washed and drained bottles are put in the oven to sterilize and left to heat. Remove the bottles one by one, place them on a dry shredder, place the blade of a knife under the bottom of the bottle (so as not to crack the bottle) then pour the hot syrup. Staple the bottles and then wrap them in a blanket and leave until cool. It is labeled (I forgot the labels.))) And stored in the pantry.
JAM
To the remaining amount of strawberries (I have not weighed) add 500 g of sugar, put it to boil on the right heat until the jam binds properly. The jars are washed and drained well, sterilized in the oven (like the syrup bottles) then filled with hot jam. Staple, wrap in a blanket and allow to cool completely. If I repeat. it is labeled and placed in the pantry.

Gray with milk and jam & # 8211 video recipe

Recipe of semolina with milk and jam it is one that each of us ate as a child. Is it impossible not to remember the semolina with milk that you ate when you were little, with jam on top? Well, the other day I had a craving for semolina with milke and I really wanted to make this recipe. As a child, my mother often prepared this dessert for us, and I liked it sour cherry jam. It was one of the best desserts. Sometimes I put a little cinnamon or burnt sugar on top. We were just fighting over him.

With these memories in mind, I then thought of sharing my video version of you with you. semolina with milk. A recipe from my childhood that is super easy to make and so good. Milk semolina is very easy to make and you don't even need many ingredients. The milk you use should be 3.5% fat. The fatter the milk. however, the dessert will be creamier and tastier. For flavor you can put whatever you want. Lemon peel, orange peel or vanilla pod as I did.

The semolina must be fresh, not one that has been in the cupboard for months. I used 50 grams of semolina for 500 ml of milk but you can also put 75 grams, if you want to get a semolina with stronger milk. Keep in mind, however, that when it cools, it will harden quite a bit. If you do not want to add sugar, you can add honey or other sweetener. You can completely rule out sugar if you use a slightly sweeter jam. I like sweeter jams, such as berry jam or raspberry jam.

This semolina with milk and jam can be eaten both hot and cold. You can put it in individual cups, and when it is cold, you turn it over and serve it. The little ones will be delighted by this dessert and will ask you to keep preparing it. It's great for dinner or just for a snack. Another childhood dessert is the recipe for milk with rice. Another dish easy to make and just as delicious. I invite you to try both and enjoy their taste. I am convinced that they will remind you of childhood and the desserts that our grandmother prepared for us.
