Put the 6 eggs to boil for about 20 minutes. It has to boil hard.
While the eggs are boiling, we make mayonnaise from a boiled egg and a raw one and 100 gr of oil.
After boiling the eggs, put them in cold water to cool well, then peel them carefully.
After cleaning them, cut them in half lengthwise, remove the yolks.
We crush the yolks through a sieve so that they are as fine as possible. If we don't have a sieve, we put them on the small grater.
Mix the yolks with the pate, 3/4 of the mayonnaise, finely chopped onion, mustard, salt and pepper. From all this will result a paste with which we will fill the egg white halves and place them on a plate next to each other (crowded).
After we put them on the plate, we decorate them with the remaining mayonnaise, and over the mayonnaise, at our choice and according to everyone's imagination, we put donuts in vinegar, olives, egg whites, parsley ...
